getCurrentUserActiveStampCount and other functions moved to actions.ts.
Stamps.tsx is now a client component
subscribed to actions of "stamp_logs" table and re-fetch the stamp count on every update

the datatbase updates are filtered with user id, all except DELETE, there is an open issue on supabase github page: Enable filters for delete events supabase/walrus#53
