A few edits to the grammar:

Highlight multiplied mathematical constants (π is highlighted as numeric literal but 2π isn't julia-vscode/julia-vscode#2482)
Fix for String parentheses parser bug julia-vscode/julia-vscode#1913
- This was most visible with string interpolation but it happened for any function with nested parentheses like func((1,2,3)) because the first ) was counted as the closing bracket of the function call
Fix for ' applied to numbers
