Fixed links after the change in example to examples

Description

I identified many broken links in the documentation after the change from /.../example/... to /.../examples/.... I changed everywhere on Python and Markdown files.

@DevinTDHa I really thought I already fix these when I renamed it to examples! Could you please have a quick look to be sure we have no broken reference?
