Jana Schwarzerová - Bioinformatician 👩‍🔬

Welcome! My name is Jana Schwarzerová, and I am a bioinformatician.
I currently work as a research scientist at Brno University of Technology (VUT) and as the lead bioinformatician at the DNA lab, University Hospital Ostrava (FNO).

🧬 What I Do in Bioinformatics

Main Roles:

  • At VUT, I conduct research in collaboration with VUVEL on the NaCeBiVet) project, focusing on innovations in veterinary medicine.
  • At FNO, I am a fellow researcher in the Life Environment Research Centre Ostrava LERCO .
  • At the DNA Lab (FNO), I am bioinformatics, ensuring robust data analysis pipelines for clinical diagnostics and academic research.
