+Mar 18, 2021

+This release is a minor maintenance release for the 1.7 series.
+It is recommended for all CiviCRM installs on 5.x and above.
+
+The primary fixes included here are for the management of recurring contribution schedules.
+
+Specifically:
+1. Non-root admin users can now manage the schedules.
+2. ACH/EFT schedules can be edited.
+
+There are couple of other warning/notice/deprecation fixes as well.
