The README.md file has been updated to reflect that the default report format for GitHub Actions is now 'table' instead of 'github'. This change has been applied consistently across the documentation, ensuring clearer understanding and more consistency for the users.

The default report format in various components of the project, including the ValidateCsv command and GithubActionsTest, has been changed to ErrorSuite::REPORT_DEFAULT from a previous setting. The README and action.yml files have also been updated to accurately reflect these changes.
