Instructions
Run Install_ShieldPass.exe

Plug in a new USB device to serve as your ShieldPass USB key for unlocking your data. Insert this USB into any available slot and launch ShieldPass.exe.

Overview
Data Encryption:
ChaCha20-Poly1305 encryption with a nonce and a session-specific 256-bit key created by scrypt with a high work factor and unique salt for each operation. Data is further secured within an AES-256 encrypted .zip file, creating a robust two-tiered security system for data protection.

ShieldPass USB Key:
Utilized for additional security via stored encryption key.
Required insertion upon application start.
Supports creation of multiple ShieldPass USB keys for redundancy.

Master Password:
Mandatory entry password enhances data access security.
Limited incorrect attempts with a time-lock feature.

Backup:
Ability to backup your ShieldPass keys or data either online or locally.

Password Generation:
Enables creation of strong, random passwords.
Offers customizable password options.

Password Reveal:
View hidden passwords, facilitating easy logins.
Toggle-able password visibility for security.
Select password to automatically copy it.
