• https://github.com/Islandora/islandora/pull/854 (Issue may be related to https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/2949017 - you can't delete a file entity unless you own it. One way to approach this differently is to remove usages and let Drupal take care of it, but it doesn't happen instantly. This might be misdiagnosed - worth another look? Danny is dealing with this with a client as well, so will respond.
