drush dcs doesn't work #72

running drush dcs produces the following error:

The drush command 'dcs' could not be found. Run drush cache-clear drush to clear the commandfile cache if you have installed new extensions. [error]

Clearing the drush cache doesn't help. I'll look into this.

I don't think we have codesniffer enabled. Can you do a drush en codesniffer then run it? If that works, we'll add that to drush.sh.

Should be drush en coder, and after that, drush dcs does work. I'll open a PR in the morning.
