Circle collision

Circle collision allow to use circle button (obviously) and collision between mouse pointer and button area is calculated not using pixel masking, the same way it is made using perfect pixel collision like in Riemer Grootjans shooters tutorial, but by calculating distance between two circles, which is fairly easy and, mostly, FAST.
