Aglona Reader is a program for reading, creating and editing e-books in two languages (parallel books). Unlike "Translation Memory", these books are specifically designed for learning foreign languages by parallel reading, so in these books there is correspondence between sentences, and when a sentence is too long, between parts of the sentence (sub-sentence level). These correspondences are not machine-generated, but created by manual process called "aligning". The aligner of the text decides on what level to set correspondences in every part of the parallel text so that reading it later would be easy. After the text is aligned everyone can read it with Aglona Reader or any other software supporting ParallelBook format (which hopefully will be developed in the future). Aglona Reader provides an extremely easy means for aligning texts:

• Machine suggestion by line-breaks, dots and other punctuation marks
• One click correction of the proposed part of text, so that in the worst case it takes two clicks to separate a new pair from the aligned text
• Editing text in existing and new pairs
