update wc to 4.3.0

for the official release, update this PR:

• "igniteui-webcomponents": "~4.3.0" (leave the ~, it was previously wrongly removed) (it may happen that the release is not 4.3.0, but 5.0.0)
• grids and DV libraries may also be 4.3.0 or 5.0.0 (currently in the PR it is the latest 4.2.0)
• using the command: yarn run release 12.0.3
• for changelog use the autogenerated description (in this case the only change will be this PR)

When this PR is merged the release should have the following metadata:

• tag should be v12.0.3
• release name should be 12.0.3
• the release should happen from 12.0.x branch not master

For new alpha (not official) (if it is needed):

• the same, just do not update changelog
• first select the checkbox that this is a pre-release
• tag should be v12.0.3-alpha*
• release name should be 12.0.3-alpha*
• the release should happen from this branch (nalipiev/update-wc-430) not master

When the release is available:

• go to design system and update all the libraries for WC in this PR: https://infragistics.visualstudio.com/Design-System-Model/_git/design-system-model/pullrequest/8338 or master if it is already merged.
• release dsm version alpha or official one
• update the CodeGen PR, with the new dsm version: https://infragistics.visualstudio.com/CodeGen/_git/CodeGen/pullrequest/9217?path=%2FSource%2FLib%2FCodeGen.Tests%2FCodeGen.Tests.csproj; for the igniteui-cli (12.0.0) & igniteui-angular-schematics(16.0.1200) basically, the following change should be reverted, because it was temporary for the alphas: https://infragistics.visualstudio.com/CodeGen/_git/CodeGen/pullrequest/9217?path=/Source/WebService/.platform/hooks/predeploy/setup-aws-script.sh&_a=files

coverage: 70.404%. remained the same when pulling 17db31b on nalipiev/update-wc-430 into 4fb09dc on 12.0.x.
