  • Tested the MAM in both ground state and metastable state with K_scaling being tuned
  • Changed the y-axis label from 2 3E and 2 3I to 2/3E and 2/3I
  • A pad distance was added between the title and plot in the Instantaneous and mean firing rate across all populations plot
  • The title of interareal connectivity plot was updated from Interareal connectivity for full-scale (left) and down-scale (right) multi-area model to Interareal probabilistic connectivity for full-scale (left) and down-scaled (right) multi-area model
  • Changed the color scheme in the interareal connectivity plot
  • Reran the notebook
