Tekton Pipelines - Fix worker identity update bug

Changes

• Remove undesired force-new flag. Fixes issue that causes a pipeline to be deleted when the worker ID is updated
• Add support for next_build_number in Tekton Pipeline
• Bump up to v1.1.0 for continuous-delivery-go-sdk
• Some minor updates due to usage of newest version of openapi-sdkgen
• Some String updates
• Running go mod tidy resulted in some updates to go.mod and go.sum
