This PR explicitly sets
[ ":", ";", '"', "`" ]as illegal characters in any code name or attribute (description, etc.), per a suggestion by @orichters, using the new feature of the nomenclature package.This also harmonizes the description (one long sentence, no full stop) and notes (one or multiple sentences, full stop).
