This PR adds a "Custom User Status" option to the admin page, where an admin can register any number of custom User Statuses, choosing a name and type (online, away, busy or offline).
I chose to add the "type" param here because there are several palces in the existing code where the application checks if the status is one of the hardcoded values to determine the correct behavior. This way, I save the status type instead of the status and none of the old features will break.
