from issue #280

solution was to use the owner to not block UI, but if main menu not cached owner changed and setting form closes.
In this case we have also to use show dialog.

intention was to have live update of colors for customize tab, but this is still possible:
cache main menu => false
open settings via notify icon in system tray

we put this info in a extra FAQ issue #292
