[js] overload and @:require cannot be put together

[R32]

extern class Foo {
	@:require(ie) overload function test( i : Int ) : Void;
	@:require(ie) overload function test( s : String ) : Void;
}
// command: haxe --no-output --js foo.js Foo.hx

Compiling the code above will get an error:

Foo.hx:3: characters 34-38 : Duplicate class field declaration : Foo.test

It work fine after removing all @:require，or add -D ie to command
