Describe the bug

You can't tell the difference between a regular Pillager and a Pillager Captain, because the Ominous Banner is not displayed above his head.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to pillager outpost
  2. No pillagers will have banners at all (see proof)

Expected behaviour

Pillager captains are to have banners above their heads
