Basically, we forked logentries' docker-logentries repo, and this PR merges rapid7#51 and rapid7#56 as well as updating packages to their latest allowed versions and introduced a package-lock.json file as a result. We also updated the alpine base image to get a more recent version of Node.
I tested the images in the staging environments together with GetJobber/terraform-jobber#220
