This page contains all the information necessary to successfully upgrade your server from Minepacks v1.x to v2.x.

Preparing to update

Make sure your server fulfills the changed requirements.
Backup
Install the update
Update permissions, config file and language file

Requirements

Java 8
Bukkit, Spigot or Paper for Minecraft 1.7 or newer
(Optional) PCGF PluginLib (Advantages of using the PCGF PluginLib)

Important requirement changes

Dropped support for Java 7
Dropped support for Minecraft version older than Minecraft 1.7

Possible upgrades to Minecraft 1.13 or newer in the future

If you are already on Minecraft 1.13 or newer there is nothing to worry about.
If you are currently using Minepacks v1.19 or newer there is nothing to worry about.
If none of the above cases apply to your server and you ever plan to upgrade your server to Minecraft 1.13 or newer, please follow this guide .
