Establish the egress proxy for the infrastructure running the Phoenix application.

Proxy Changes

  • Set the proxy allowed urls for those needed by the Phoenix app

Phoenix App Changes

  • Configure the Phoenix application to use the proxy for outbound network requests
  • Document deployment changes for proxy

Portal Configuration Changes

  • SMTP Proxy as destination smtp server for phoenix app
  • Ignore certificate forwarding error if present
