PoC: Implement Java pure interface with Frege record #361

This is a PoC implementation of #360.

The sample code is in sample directory.

To compile and run:

$ git checkout implement-interface
$ make rebuild
$ cd sample
$ make run

Feel free to modify sample/Main.fr and sample/J.java to see what can be done.
