This PR adds a script by @cburstedde to download, build and install the latest ForestClaw develop branch and its dependencies p4est, libsc, zlib and jansson. A more detailed description can be found in the documentation in
docs/fclaw-build-wdeps.sh. Moreover, the libtool logic insrc/Makefile.amis updated.
