This PR clears the confusion surrounding the larval “hypodermal (or body wall) muscles“.
It amends the definitions of 'embryonic hypodermal muscle' and 'embryonic/larval hypodermal muscle' to clarify that those terms refer to muscles that have at least one of their ends attached to the hypodermic (body wall), as opposed to muscles that connect other internal body parts together without connecting them to the body wall.
For most larval somatic muscles, in particular all the muscles from the thoracic and abdominal segments, this does not change anything as they are all connected to the hypodermis.
However not all somatic muscles of the head (which are currently all classified under 'hypodermal muscle of the head') are in fact hypodermal, so we re-classify the following muscles:
But some children of 'pharyngeal muscle' are in fact hypodermal, so for those, we need to explicitly re-assert them as 'embryonic/larval hypodermal muscle':
