This PR contains a variety of dashboard and doc cleanup, best summarized by the following screenshots:
A primary goal was to try to provide higher level visibility/background on the kind of checks Polaris was running with prominent links to docs for each category. Beyond that, I also ended up switching the defaults for resource requests and limits back to warning by default as otherwise the webhook could potentially interfere with some kube-system workloads.
