Issues: Fixes F5Networks#1181 Problem: Node objects on the BIG-IP are not getting cleaned up in auto-purge of orphaned objects in a clustered environment. Analysis: Adding logic to ensure that pool members and nodes are correctly in sync with the Neutron loadbaalancer service. Tests: test_orphaned_objects_singlebigip.py test_orphaned_objects_cluster.py
