Details

This Pr bumps the version of eslint-config-expensify to include lint rule the throws error when defaultProps assigned to a function component.

Verified this works in basic cases but did discover a few cases in which it does not work, such as AuthScreens.tsx. Anyways, I think this is a good improvement and should help prevent defaultProps from being used in TS components and I don't think we need to invest more time into making this perfect for now
