- More the diameter is hight more you need Amp.
- More the length is high more you need Amp.
- Electricity don't like long ways. If it can go short it will.
- Keep it very short
- Use several batteries in parallel circuits
You would be surprise how many Amp is required to heat a simple 0.2mm cable.
For my 0.2 mm of Kanthal I need a minimum of 2 Amp on 9V batteries.
