Biermann_Battery

  • BB_Simple.py: Run sample calculation and plotting of Biermann battery magnetic field from ablation density in laser field.
  • BB_Realistic.py: Input real laser field and plot Biermann battery magnetic field generated.
  • BB_RCF.py: Simulate an RCF radiated by protons through Biermann magnetic field.

Biermann battery

  1. Input target ablation density into simple or realistic scripts.
  2. Input laser beam shape into simple or realistics scripts.
  3. Run relevant script to determine and plot magnetic field.

RCF simulation

  1. Input target ablation density into simple or realistic scripts.
  2. Input laser beam shape into simple or realistics scripts.
  3. Specify type of simulation in RCF code.
  4. Run RCF code to generate simulate RCF stack.
