Merge #629: Fixup some QT-only credit computing code
1ae68dc Fix qt usages of txout-based GetCredit (Gregory Sanders) c17af5d Delete unused non-CWalletTx GetCredit (Gregory Sanders) Pull request description: First commit is dead code that we don't want to accidentally try to use.
