This PR cleans up some old code that was added to support the old and new boundary interface.
Now that we support only the new boundary.field_lo and boundary.field_hi, do_pml should not be parsed anymore.
Consistently -- all the input files that had
warpx.do_pmlhave been fixed such that this is not provided in the input as well.
