会員管理/会員情報編集ページのコードを参考にしています。
テスト（Test)
・対象箇所に「必須」が表示されていることを確認しました。
・登録時、必須項目に入力がない場合は「エラー 入力されていません」の注意文言が表示されることを確認しました。
・登録時、必須項目に入力がある場合は正常に登録処理が実行できることを確認しました。
