git reset --hard geotrace_cime_n13_cime4.4.8 and add aux_isotope test

Needed to back up and reset to n13
Added Bi1850C5CN aux_isotope test

was tested in geotrace_cac_n54_cam5_4_47 (directory geotrace_cac_n54_cam5_4_57-cime4.4.8)
