Merge branch 'rljacob/scripts/add-acme-case' into next (PR #481)

Add ACME fully-coupled compsets

Define short names and aliases for 2 ACME fully coupled cases as well as the coupler intervals to use.

Define ACME grid combinations f09_m120, ne30_m120, and ne30_m120_g and identify mapping and domain files needed for them.

The fully coupled with land ice case (BG and _g) is not yet working.

The B case with ne30_m120 passed a 5 day smoke test on blues.
