The new delayed tooltip from the demo https://dominokit.com/domino-ui/demo/v2/components/tooltips-popover will always show up after the specified delay even if the mouse is no longer hovering it after that second. However, I would expect it to only appear when still hovering it (after some initial hovering triggers the delay).
