About the PR

I added the noir trenchcoat to detective's loadout and vendor and updated the grey fedora's sprite as promised. Also, I decided to add a few HoS jumpsuit variants, which were previously unused (only printable via a uniform printer) to HoS loadout.

Why / Balance

Det clothes options uniformity + some additional HoS clothes variety (& to test out submitting PRs for Miraland)
