Version 1.02

Changes in Version 1.02:

The text fields now have a slightly smaller size to better fit into a stream layout.
You can now use up to a maximum of 12 fields.
A minimum of 5 fields must be used.

Misc.
The button layout has been adjusted and is now more organized.
The program is now a single executable .exe file.
When the program is launched, the command window is automatically minimized.
