Added a configuration file for readthedocs, this will be supplemented by a requirements.txt specifically for readthedocs builds
Added a requirements.txt specifically for documentation builds, included a requirement of urllib3 version less than 2, as that seems to be stopping XGA docs from building
Altered the docstring of the BaseModel1D par_priors argument, to hopefully get AutoDoc to parse it successfully for the documentation build
