No bug test, with parsing of the web page.
Currently parsing for pp_status class, maybe this will be changed in other releases.
Uses 2 .exe's , one for creating a config file in Roaming, and the second to run the RPC.

(Didn't add x86 versions of the files because of the internet speed)
