Missing config options in the example file for kube_scheduler

Hey guys I think the conf.yaml.example for the kube_scheduler is missing some options as a lot of the options the kube-apiserver has but they are not documented for the kube_scheduler which makes it really confusing.

Thanks for the pointer @zischknall - while those options aren't visible in the config you should be able to set them. Once we convert that check to our updated templating config, they should pop out and be visible.
