Add minimal GKE Autopilot unit tests

What this PR does / why we need it:

• Add minimal GKE Autopilot unit tests to assert that disallowed hostPaths volumes are not being mounted when providers.gke.autopilot: true.
• Adds additional assertion for expected container volumeMounts to GKE GDC unit test
• Enable Datadog chart go unit tests in CI
