Handle unparseable objects in the Python client. #2009

What does this PR do?

When we fail to parse an object, we now put it in the list of unparsed objects instead of returning an error all the way up.

This could be a breaking change in that customers aren't expecting UnparsedObjects in their lists, but if the alternative is failing outright it's probably fine
