I signed in to you official website and buy architectui-react pro theme but after processing all payment it status become failed.I need help regarding refund or full purchase of this theme. Thanks

Hi, Thank you for your reply, I ordered the theme on January 3, 2023. After checking out, the order status became failed then I canceled the order for refunding purposes. I will be grateful if you help me with refunding the canceled order or repurchasing the specific theme. Please see attached screenshot of the order details.
