Bump vmc

We've made deploying demo much easier. It is also much more stable right now. Other changes made to the VMC itself descried below:

New features:

• Added support for Nssus 7 and 8
• Added support for OpenVAS 9.0.3 and 11.0.5
• Added webhhok case coverter for thehive 4
• Added backup files for vulnerability scanners reports
• Added links to saved reports in vulnerability documents
• Added support for reopened vulnerabilities
• Added API endpoints for scan results downloading
• Added support or virtual assets from Ralph

Some changes:

• Swithced to NVD 1.1 url version
• Changes in fields inside documents (tenant indicator in both culnerabilities and assets)
• Added more unit tests
• Some of the packages version bumped due to security reasons
• Some major and minor bug fixes 🙂
