Description

This PR fixes the issue where clicking the "Contact Us" button on the About Page reloads the entire website instead of navigating smoothly. The fix ensures that the button correctly redirects users without causing a full page reload.

• Updated the button <a> tag by next.js provided <Link> for client-side navigation instead of a full page reload.
• Modified the anchor tag or button component to prevent default reloading behavior.
