Terms of Service popup added (Closes #129)

Description

Added a Terms of Service Popup Component that displays the Terms of Service when the "Terms of Service" link is clicked. The popup includes a close button to dismiss the notice and a scrollable content area for better readability. This feature improves user experience by allowing users to view legal terms without leaving the current page.

Additionally, formatted the code for better readability and maintainability.
