HTTP Interface ‐ Ethernet to GPO

HTTP can also be used to manipulate the GPO's. The device will listen on POST path /press/bank/{bankNr}/{index}. Additionally a body can be provided to keep a contact open or closed permanently (until another message is received).

Bodyless messages will auto open after 15 milliseconds (borrowed from the OSC protocol)

The Index number needs to be between [1 and 6].
