UI/UX team is really worried about the cache problem with image uploads that start a new Media Library page.

Can we take a look at : https://www.drupal.org/project/rebuild_cache_access

Maybe we can give users access to be able to clear their own caches as a workaround until the fix for the ML issue is in core.

Let's add this in and give access to the Architect role for now. Discussion with the UI/UX team around other roles to potentially add it to as well.
