Changelog:

Fixed issues with max speed in ships stats script
Added an Empire variant for the Bactrian, the Mule, the Barb, the Finch, the Lance, the Dropship, the Modified Boxwing and the Dagger
Fixed Far Remnant government (Empire Rebels attitudes toward was positive instead of negative)
Changed ships category order in shipyards
Did minor changes on the map.txt
